Refund and Replacement Policy
Our goal is to provide clean, usable lead files. Because data products are delivered digitally, refund and replacement requests are reviewed according to the conditions below.
Replacement Window
If a delivered file has a meaningful quality issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery with details so we can review the issue.
Eligible Issues
Replacement review may apply when a material portion of the file is unusable, incorrectly targeted, duplicated, or does not match the confirmed order details.
What We Need
Please provide sample rows, call notes, bounce details, disconnected number examples, or other evidence that helps us review the issue accurately.
Refunds
Because lead files are digital data products, replacements are generally preferred. Refunds may be considered case by case when replacement is not practical and the issue is verified.
Excluded Issues
Low sales conversion, campaign strategy, caller performance, rejected offers, noncompliant outreach, or market conditions are not treated as data quality defects.
